The Filleting Machine CT 2630 is a mechanical machine offering an alternative to manual filleting to increase filleting speed and quality. Easy to repair and easy to clean, the compact design fits into any facility.
Filleting Machine MS 2730
Automated filleting of up to 25 fish per minute
An advanced machine with a small footprint. The MS 2730 has an automatic size adjustment feature to ensure accurate filleting and back and belly trim tools for production of A-E trims of salmon from 1.5-8 kg.
MS 2750 Filleting Machine
Fully automated for high-level performance processing
The MS 2750 has fully automated infeed, trim tools and size adjustment. Its robust, modular design fillets up to 25 fish per minute sized between 1.5-10 kg without operator input and offers significant water and energy savings. Digital advances include SmartBase to optimize machine health, and processing software to seamlessly integrate with production lines.
